Dalriada began in 1990 as a small residential home in Bo'ness. We now offer Care at Home and Housing Support to adults within the Bo'ness community and surrounding areas. Our office is based in South Street, Bo'ness and is accessible to everyone.
We aim to provide our Service Users with a comprehensive care service of the highest quality within their own home environment. We strive to offer a flexible, efficient and professional service, which is tailored to meet each persons individual needs. Our care plans are created with full input from our Service Users and any other relevant person they wish to be involved. They are person-centred and outcome focused to ensure that each individual receives the support they want.
Our core Values are Compassion, Respect, Trust, Accountability and Continuous Learning.
We provide a range of support services, including but not limited to; personal care, housework, assistance with shopping and bill paying, medication prompts, preparing and serving meals, attending clubs, appointments and social activities.

We are registered with the Care Inspectorate and Service Users are invited to take part during annual inspections. For more information on this please check out our Quality Assurance page.
We have a dedicated team of around 60 staff members who are trained to meet the needs of our service users.
