Quality Assurance

We welcome all feedback to enable us to see what is working well and what needs improved. If you would like to submit feedback or have any suggestions on how we can improve our service, please get in touch using our contact page.

Feedback on our service is also collected during reviews, either in person or over the phone.

Results are audited and required actions are followed up by a member of the management team. This ensures that we remain responsive to the needs of the people who use our service and the people who work in or alongside our service.

Care Inspectorate

We are inspected annually by the Care Inspectorate and these reports and more information on services can be found online via their website: www.careinspectorate.com

Service Users are invited to take part during the annual inspection however if you wish to get in touch with them at any time their contact details for general enquiries is 03456009527 (email: enquiries@careinspectorate.gov.scot).

If you have a complaint we ask that you contact us directly to allow us the opportunity to resolve this, however if you feel it is not resolved satisfactorily or wish to speak to the Care Inspectorate in the first instance their complaints number is 03456009527 (email: concerns@careinspectorate.gov.scot).

Working well as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential to ensuring the best outcomes for the people we support. When we surveyed some professionals that we regularly interact with, this is what they had to say about Dalriada…

I would like to say that all of the staff have been helpful. They all work towards making positive outcomes for my clients.
I feel that Dalriada as an agency always go the extra mile for our social work clients. There are many examples of this. All staff and management are approachable and easy to deal with.
Staff are always very supportive, They communicate well with us professionals to keep us in the loop. They are responsive to clients needs and go above and beyond for their clients (even visiting when they are in hospital). Management team and support staff are very accommodating and work to find solutions and positive outcomes. I couldn’t fault them.
Very person-centred and committed care offered to challenging individuals. Staff attitudes are excellent.
Management are willing to meet for reviews and strive to accommodate all requests. Any concerns raised with Service Users are dealt with as promptly as able, with a good outcome.
